Information you provided and how to use
Your personal information will be provided to us when you create an account on one of our sites and sign up to receive offers or information, or use our website to book your private jet. The different types of information collected about EMTAIR customers and users of the platform include:

Data retention period
We hold your information for as long as necessary to implement the purpose for which it was collected (“storage”). The retention period must not exceed 26 months from the time we collect it.

EMTAIR Information provided by filling out the form on the platform, including information provided while purchasing EMTAIR’s services or requesting services from EMTAIR’s counselors and registering as a EMTAIR applicant.
Records and copies of communications with EMTAIR mails, text messages, or other electronic messages.
- Responses to surveys that may be requested for survey purposes.
- Your opinions that can be collected through customer satisfaction surveys to ensure the quality of service and for marketing purposes.
- Records of telephone conversations with EMTAIR agent;
- Details of the service requested.
- Search inquiries on the platform
- Information posted or displayed by you on the GLOBAL EMT social network account or transmitted to EMTAIR through a third party.

- When applying for a position at EMTAIR, personal information such as name, email address, phone number, address, and additional information such as resume, education, employment history, skills, licenses and certifications is collected. GLOBAL EMT will use the information you provide to assess your eligibility and determine if you are interested in scheduling an interview.
Technologies used for automated data collection include:

We use the information and collect from you for the following purposes:
- Manage and fulfill services and provide post-service management.
- Provide access to the platform, maintain interconnection of EMTAIR accounts across multiple devices, and participate in interactive features.
- Provides account notices, including billing and other purposes.
